- All travel costs for distances exceeding forty-five miles from the DKM Services LLC business location will be the responsibility of either the company or the client.
- For any out-of-state or international travel, including visas and accommodations, these arrangements will also be made at the expense of the company or the client.
- Service fees are required to be paid in advance to secure your time slot. No session will begin until the service fee has been fully paid. Additional information regarding payments will be sent via email.

Parapsychology Investigations for Public Assistance and Law Enforcement Agencies/Private Investigators/Government/Security Companies. You are paying for a paranormal/parapsychological investigation session to assist with an active case, missing persons, or cold cases.
**Remote Parapsychology Investigation Service**
To initiate your session, please provide the following:
1. The full name of the individual(s) whose energy Dr. Karen Makowski will connect with.
2. A photograph of the individual(s).
3. The email address of the detective, liaison officer, or investigator handling the case. Please email this information to: dr.karenmakowski@gmail.com. Once we receive your photos and the contact information for the detective/liaison officer/investigator, you will be sent a client number along with a notification that your session has begun. The parapsychological investigations for active missing persons and cold cases are complementary; you are only responsible for the time service fee. After the session is complete, you will receive a notification email indicating that your investigation report is ready to be sent to the detective/liaison officer/investigator within 72 hours. Please note that this timeframe may vary based on demand. Keep in mind that the photos you submit should be of the individual(s) to whom Dr. Makowski will connect her energy. If AI-generated or fake photos are submitted, it may lead to disappointment in the outcome. Once the session has started, no refunds can be issued for this service.
